Rich and April Caron live in Ashland KY with their sons, Braeden 10, Brennon 9, and BenRylan 6. The boys really enjoy helping market DogWatch and they are always very curious to hear about the pets who have received a fence.
We came to DogWatch 10 years ago after several failed attempts to try and contain our Jack Russell terriers, Zoie & Zena. We purchased a fence from a retail store and installed it ourselves. It didn't take long for the girls to figure out that if they'd let the battery run down they would be free. Our neighbors would tell us the dogs would lay in the boundary line and take naps or chew bones while their collars would beep. As soon as the beeping stopped, they'd take off. Instead of spending hours trying to catch the dogs, we decided to travel to the pet store and purchase a different fence to keep our neighborhood safe. We installed the new fence and it worked for a few days. The dogs realized it hurt, but not that bad. We would be in the house and hear a big YELP!! There they were, little white snow balls jumping through the fields trying to fly with the birds. Yes, they were free.
While doing research we found DogWatch. We called and found there wasn't a dealer in our area. We asked if we could try the system and install it ourselves.
Finally, the mission was a success!! A hidden fence system that out smarted our girls! . We were so impressed with DogWatch that we immediatly became dealers. Ten years later, we are still enjoying our system. So is Zoie! It was definitely a change in our lives. A great experience!

My family would like to thank Rich "The DogGuy" for installing our hidden fence and for his great training. Our neighbors always talked about the "Dog Guy" Rich. So when we adopted Chip from the animal rescue, we knew exactly who to call for our electric fence. Rich & Joe were so accommodating to our work schedule. They came out on Sunday and were so positive. I will always recommend DogWatch and Rich. They are GREAT!!
